Company History
From an engineering idea to
a system trusted by industry.
WISENE was created because we could not find a system that met our requirements.
Instead of compromises—we built our own solution.
Following a construction disaster in Silesia in 2006, R&D work was initiated by Edward Antoszkiewicz, Marcin Osiniak, and Zbigniew Pióro. Mission: to create active IIoT safety systems.
Investment Fund entry and further technology development; first multi‑site implementations including FAURECIA in Poland and the Czech Republic.
WISENE wins the “Polish Innovation Award,” and WISENE Roof Monitoring is now present in over 300 facilities, monitoring nearly 3,000,000 m² and serving over 1,000 users daily.
WISENE is the only manufacturer and supplier of this class of system on the market—we are building a new standard of safety, precision, and long‑term stability for industrial roof monitoring.
Securing Business Angels and establishing the Company. First implementations of the WISENE Roof Monitoring system—CLATRONIC and Ponar Silesia—a pioneering solution on a global scale.
System expansion with intelligence algorithms, self‑diagnostics, and self‑repair. WISENE presents its technology in Silicon Valley (PATI – Polish‑American Innovation Week). Another implementation in Europe.
Completion of 2 additional R&D projects [8 and 9] and implementation of the latest angular measurement technology and subGHz radio communication.

That is why for years we have been developing WISENE as a team that combines knowledge, experience, and vision.
Associated with WISENE since the first R work in 2008. She participated in the company’s establishment in 2010. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and SWPS University. Within the company structure, she is responsible for professional management of sales processes and administrative sales support, ensuring smooth documentation flow and client relations.
Her approach to work is harmony, accuracy, and attention to detail. She believes that a stable, reliable, and harmonious human relationship in sales processes with clients is crucial for stable growth, especially for such an innovative and niche business as WISENE.
She takes every opportunity to observe the surrounding world and nature and uses these experiences to arrange spaces in harmony with nature. The most important pillars of her value system remain family, respect for people, and living in harmony with the surrounding world.
Co‑founder and CEO of WISENE, as well as an experienced investor and financier. He co‑created the investment banking division at Bank Pekao SA and served on numerous asset management and credit committees in Poland and abroad. As a manager, he was responsible for key MA transactions of Polish and foreign entities, also serving as Vice President of the Management Board of Trinity Management. He graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade at SGH and completed an MBA at the University of Chicago.
In his professional work, he focuses on financing and organizing innovative projects that support the development of modern technologies. He actively engages in initiatives aimed at bringing modern inventive solutions to market.
Privately, he is passionate about travel, skiing, and jogging. He is a lover of literature and diverse music. In life, he is guided by values such as affirmation of life, family, friends, and perseverance.
Co‑founder of the company and originator of WISENE angular technology, CEO from 2010 to 2020. Experienced business developer and manager. He has many years of practice in implementing company development strategies in the Polish market, including successes in commercial mergers of the Lesaffre group and in bringing the Besnier (Lactalis) concern to market. He managed Polish branches of many international enterprises, introducing dozens of products and brands as well as innovative business models, including proprietary ones.
He participates only in projects where the key value is the real good of people and care for our planet. In his social activities, he prioritizes people, relationships, and ecology, and in his private life, the most important things are family, joy of life, and belief in dreams.
By passion, he is a sailor, tennis player, and motorcyclist. He believes that perseverance allows dreams to be realized while maintaining humility toward existence.
Co‑founder of the company, creator of WISENE technology, and long‑time CTO.
He runs a company providing electronics and IT services, with dozens of completed projects and thousands of installed devices. In 2024, he defended his doctorate at Warsaw University of Technology on structural monitoring of buildings. Co‑author of several dozen publications and over a dozen patents.
He participates only in interesting, engaging, and developmental projects. He enjoys technical challenges and solving problems that require creative and unconventional approaches.
In his free time, he pursues photography and vintage computer equipment, and considers honesty, accuracy, reliability, diligence, and responsibility most important.
At WISENE, he is responsible for direct user support, technical supervision of system operation, and organization of service work. He is a graduate of technical studies at the Polytechnic and gained his experience in international companies in the electronics, trade, and distribution sectors. He has held roles as designer, product manager, and customer care specialist, which allows him to effectively combine technical aspects with end‑user needs.
In his work, he is guided by the principle of implementing changes that respond to real human needs. He is fascinated by technological progress and innovations that allow “combining fire with water” in everyday solutions.
Privately, he is passionate about sailing in Masuria, hiking in the Beskids, and literature. He values empathy and a rational approach to problem‑solving.
Customer Service Manager and logistics specialist at WISENE. He has many years of comprehensive management experience gained in both corporate structures and companies with diverse business profiles. He is an expert in logistics (TSL, export‑import), accounting, and finance. He is responsible for implementing management systems, procedures, and ISO standards, ensuring the highest operational efficiency of the enterprise.
He participates in bold and innovative projects, believing that for a professional, there are no problems that cannot be solved. In his work, he emphasizes bold acceptance of challenges and full transparency in business relationships.
Privately, he is passionate about sports—as a former professional handball player in the top league, he still plays team sports and skis. He is also a lover of literature and an active grandfather who shares his passions with his grandchildren.
Manager of installation and service teams and designer of innovative mechanical solutions at WISENE. He is the author of many proprietary mounting systems for measuring devices that have been implemented in hundreds of units in domestic and foreign markets. As a health and safety specialist, he supervises safety of work at height, ensuring the highest technical standards in project execution.
He participates in development projects that have a real impact on improving people’s quality of life. His work combines engineering precision with attention to detail and the safety of the entire team.
By passion, he pursues sport archery and auto‑detailing, and is also a great fan of fantasy literature. He values freedom and open‑mindedness, which translates into his creative approach to mechanical design.
Specialist in installation and service of WISENE systems, possessing unique competencies in performing work at heights. He gained his first professional experience in extreme conditions at the Polish Film Stunt School, which translates into his exceptional psychomotor skills and composure. In the team, he is responsible for precise installation of devices and maintenance of technical infrastructure in demanding locations, ensuring the highest safety standards and reliability of execution.

Co‑creator of the WISENE system and a key member of the team responsible for developing and maintaining advanced cloud solutions. He has many years of experience in designing and optimizing software, which he gained by running his own technology company. As an expert collaborating with clients from many industries, he is the author and co‑author of innovative solutions supporting business process automation and ensuring high stability of production systems.
In his work, he focuses on projects that, through technology, genuinely simplify daily tasks and significantly increase organizational efficiency. He believes that modern IT tools should be primarily practical and reliable, providing solid support for modern business development.
He spends his free time actively, cycling and pursuing mountain tourism. In professional and personal life, he values concrete results and continuous improvement of his competencies.
At WISENE, she is involved in developing mobile applications and the system backend, working with databases and application logic. She is the author of a dedicated application for the Android platform that enables mobile access to WISENE data. As part of her own programming activities, she supports the company in maintaining the highest standards of web service and API operation.
In her work, she places particular emphasis on creating readable code and the stability of solutions that must operate flawlessly under all conditions. She strives to make technology a tool that genuinely makes life easier.
